Our company does not own or operate any of the means of accommodation or means of travel, transfer, etc., or employ others that do not hold our company's recognition and who may offer goods and services during your trip and stay at your destination. Our company cannot be held responsible for any act under these circumstances.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Statistics have shown that may times, minor or major events may mean a cancellation of your journey (injury, medical problems, baggage loss, etc).

Our company recommends insurance, but we are in no way responsible in how the terms and conditions are handled by any Travel Insurance.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your party do not behave in such a way as to offend or endanger others or damage property belonging to others. The company and all suppliers have the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf in such circumstances. Furthermore, you will be liable to reimburse any expenses that may incur as a result of your behaviour.

Payment Policies

The following ways of payment represent most of our associate's policies. We do not deal with payments. This website only acts as an advertising mean.

Deposits and final payments:

All payments are evaluated based on the time of the in advance booking.

In most cases and depending on the accommodation or service selected, the following facts exist. In order for any reservation to proceed, a deposit is required to be forwarded to the corresponding travel or holiday company. The minimum non-refundable deposit is considered to be 20-25% of the total cost in the pre-mentioned total cost sent to you. Final payments must be pre-paid a certain amount of days before your arrival or upon your arrival.

CANCELLATION: this is required to be advised in writing.  Charges, will apply and some are even not refundable.

In other cases, such as short notice bookings, the full amount will be asked to be forwarded to the corresponding travel or holiday companies in order for the booking to be valid.

In all cases though, you will be informed on all final payment details.

Bookings are cancelled automatically if the deposit has not been made on time. 

Our associated travel agent and registered hotels reserve the right to cancel a booking when it is believed that it is to your benefit - such as health wise - meaning that you will receive your deposit in full.

Under no other circumstances are deposits refunded.

Our long period of research and testing has been done in order to protect our visitors from any mishap during such a procedure. However, due to the diverse and versatile structure of the internet, we are not liable for any outcomes that do not concern our company.
